An Agritech company based in Accra, is building the future of sustainable farming through innovative machinery, equipment, and software solutions for farmers across Africa. We’re inviting passionate and driven National Service Personnel to join our team in the following roles:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
Software developers design, build, and maintain computer applications and systems that solve real-world problems. They use programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ to create software for businesses, education, and entertainment. Their roles are essential in web development, mobile app creation, and artificial intelligence. Strong problem-solving skills and continuous learning are key in this fast-evolving field.
AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS
Agricultural engineers apply engineering principles to improve farming efficiency and sustainability. They design and develop equipment, irrigation systems, and structures that support modern agriculture. Their work focuses on increasing productivity while protecting natural resources like soil and water.They play a vital role in ensuring food security and promoting eco-friendly agricultural practice.
WELDERS AND FABRICATORS
Welders and fabricators join metal parts together to build structures, machinery, and equipment. They use tools and techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding to create strong, precise joints. Their work is critical in construction, shipbuilding, automotive, and manufacturing industries. Fabricators often read and interpret blueprints to assemble products to exact specifications. Skill, precision, and safety awareness are essential qualities in this hands-on trade.
DIGITAL MARKETERS/CONTENT CREATION AND STORY TELLERS
These professionals use online platforms to promote brands, share ideas, and engage audiences creatively. Digital marketers plan and run campaigns using social media, email, and search engines to reach target customers. Content creators and storytellers craft videos, blogs, and graphics that inform or entertain while shaping a brand’s identity. Their work blends creativity, communication, and technology to influence public perception and drive growth.
CAD/CAM SPECIALISTS
CAD/CAM specialists use computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to create and produce precise engineering components. They design 2D or 3D models for machines, tools, and parts used in industries like aerospace, automotive, and construction. Their expertise ensures accuracy and efficiency from the design stage to final production. They collaborate closely with engineers and machinists to optimise performance and reduce waste.
GRAPHIC DESIGNERS AND VIDEO EDITORS
Graphic designers and video editors use visuals and motion to communicate messages effectively. Designers create logos, posters, and digital content that reflect a brand’s image and purpose. Video editors piece together footage, sound, and effects to produce engaging multimedia content for marketing, entertainment, or education. Both roles require creativity, storytelling ability, and mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite. Their work shapes how people see, feel, and connect with information in the digital age.
Some positions are remote, while others are on-site in Accra. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to be retained after service.
