REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, candidates must have ;
A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field,
Along with at least two years of experience in IT support.
Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of printers and networks, and excellent communication abilities are required.
Additionally, applicants should be organised, able to work independently, and possess a valid driver’s license.
