Requirements
- Training Certificate
- Relevant work experience
- A formal academic qualification is optional.
Roles and Responsibilities
Welders :
- Join metal parts using various welding techniques.
- Work with blueprints and specifications to ensure proper metal joining.
Blacksmiths :
- Shape and forge metal using heat and force, typically with hammers.
- Create and repair metal objects, often with traditional tools and methods.
CNC Operators :
- Set up and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools.
- Read blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files to understand designs.
