2026 U.S. Women in Tech Accelerator

The 2026 US Women in Tech Accelerator is a national initiative designed to support women-identifying founders of early-stage, tech startups based in the United States.

Responsibilities

Participants will:

• Engage actively in virtual workshops focused on business strategy, investment readiness, and scaling operations.

• Work with mentors, investors, and industry leaders to refine financial models, product positioning, and growth plans.

• Collaborate with peers and contribute to cohort learning through structured peer-to-peer evaluation and feedback.

Requirements

Eligible startups must:

• Be a legally registered, U.S.-based, for-profit business with fewer than ten employees.

• Have at least one full-time woman-identifying founder (inclusive of cisgender, transgender, and non-binary individuals who identify as women).

• Be revenue-generating with under USD 100,000 in annual revenue and have raised less than USD 1.5 million in equity. 

• Possess a minimum viable product (MVP) and demonstrated customer or business validation (pilots, user growth, partnerships).

• Be tech-based or tech-enabled, addressing solutions that improve economic mobility or access to essential services such as healthcare, education, care support, financial resilience, or workforce opportunities.

Who Can Apply

This accelerator is open to women-identifying founders of early-stage tech startups that meet the requirements above.

How to Apply

Interested founders should submit an online application by the deadline through the official program portal. Required materials typically include business details, founder information, proof of registration, evidence of MVP and early traction, and a brief description of technology and impact goals.

Applications for the 2026 US Women in Tech Accelerator are open from December 8, 2025 and close on January 30, 2026.
